CORRECT ORDERING_
Aside from our small-batch, locally made retail ranges, we do not manufacture in quantity. Each online order is individually constructed especially for you in Australia. We base our construction on the size choice selected online, or if you are ordering from our showroom, the measurement information provided to us by the client and do our utmost to communicate accurately the cut, fit and nature of any given garment at point of sale whether online or in the studio directly. It is the Clients responsibility to ensure that the correct size is selected and compared against the Hoodedwept measurement chart when submitting their Made-To-Order request. Hoodedwept can not accept returns for any variation in fit experienced after order dispatch, as all orders are created to the measurements provided by the client, or chosen when selecting a size at point of sale.
ORDER TIMESCALE_
We aim to complete and ship Individual orders within 7 – 10 Business days from date of order. Orders of three pieces or more will complete within 12 – 14 business days. Although we do aim to complete orders as soon as possible there may be rare occasions where limited fabric stock or availability of colour batch may extend the order’s completion date. In this instance we will always inform the client of any change in delivery date.
