SHIPPING METHODS / RATES_

Hoodedwept are based in Perth, Australia. All orders are dispatched upon completion and you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of the item’s dispatch. We ship worldwide via Australia Post using trackable Postage services. To calculate postage prices please add your items to the cart and clickthe ADD SHIPPING button. Here you can choose the relevant shipping option for your items. This is then added to your sale total.

 Free shipping within Australia for any order over $150 AUD

Free shipping globally for any order over $400 AUD

ORDER TIMESCALE_

Each piece of Hoodedwept is made to order. This means that we cut, sew and finish each garment individually by hand to ensure quality and consistency from the day of recieving your order to the day we ship. Each order comes with a certificate of authenticity hand signed and dated by the maker. The turn-around time for most orders is between 5 – 7 business days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER_

 An Australia Post Secure Tracking Code will be emailed to you the day of dispatch which can be tracked independently via the Australia Post website. All orders are sent via secure, trackable postage with signature on delivery.

RETURNS_

PLEASE NOTE_

Hoodedwept is a Made-To-Order brand making each piece individually. We base our construction on the information provided to us by the client. We do our utmost to communicate accurately the cut, fit and nature of all garments at point of sale. It is the Clients responsibility to ensure that all measurements are correct and the right size has been chosen when submitting their order.

We regret that returns/exchanges will not be recognised or accepted on the basis of change of mind, nor change in personal measurements or size request that differ from those submitted at time of order.

Hosiery: In the absence of any proven fault, we can not exchange or refund hosiery (including leggings),  underwear or swimwear due to reasons of hygiene.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS_

Hoodedwept review each case individually. Only pieces with a proven production flaw may be refunded or exchanged.

To obtain an Exchange or Refund your query must meet the following return conditions:
1. Item(s) must be proven faulty and returned within 14 days of receiving of goods to your Shipping Address.
2. Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed, in their original saleable condition with all tags attached
3. The tax invoice/confirmation email must be provided as proof of purchase

RETURN/EXCHANGE BY POST_

Refunds are issued directly to the client whom purchased the piece strictly via the account used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent within 48 hours once the return or exchange has been processed.  Please send any returns to:
